Social Media Case Study:
Health & Beauty
Spa Moment Beauty Clinics
About The Client: Spa Moment
Social Media Management Via Facebook & Instagram
Spa Moment is a chain of beauty clinics that can be found in all major shopping centres around the western suburb areas and are slowly branching out to all areas.
Our client had never used Facebook or Instagram before for marketing and was predominantly focused on WeChat and SMS Marketing(through tSMN). Social media marketing for Spa Moment was simply an experiment.
Phase One: Initial Setup, having 0 following and no content does nothing for a brand even if we were to run ads. So we had to build Facebook & Instagram with professional content & followers to socially proof the business.
Phase Two: Run Ads
Phase Three: Pump more content, drive bookings and optimise.
The Goal
Our main mission was to create a new customer acquisition stream as the client’s main target market was predominantly built through WeChat. Spa Moment always had fantastic specials offers which made our job so much easier to acquire new customers
The Result
- Enquires & Booking Requests Every Hour Of The Day…
- @ 3k+ Followers Combined On All Social Platforms (From 0) With An Average Booking & Enquires Every Hour. We Ran An Amazing Special Offer For First Time Customers For HIFU, Fat Freezing Services, Skin & Colour Correction Which Also Lead To Up Sells, SMS Database Growth And Future/ Prepaid Bookings On High End Services.
- Over The Years Of Working With Spa Moment: We Have Scaled The Budget Ran Even More Deals On New Machines & Services And Have Now Implemented An Online Shop For Her Retail Products And Service Vouchers With An Average Of 3 Sales Per Day.
Social Media media is now a serious sales channel for our client she has had to hire an assistant that works around the clock to manage the booking volume from FB and IG messages. Reach and engagement are important in terms of brand… however sales is what really matters to any business.
During covid-19 social media was the only traffic driver to her stores as all major shopping centres were empty. Her words, not ours.
