Spa Moment is a chain of beauty clinics that can be found in all major shopping centres around the western suburb areas and are slowly branching out to all areas.

Our client had never used Facebook or Instagram before for marketing and was predominantly focused on WeChat and SMS Marketing(through tSMN). Social media marketing for Spa Moment was simply an experiment.

Phase One: Initial Setup, having 0 following and no content does nothing for a brand even if we were to run ads. So we had to build Facebook & Instagram with professional content & followers to socially proof the business.
